The list wins by making every trade slightly bad for the other side. Here is what that means turn by turn.

Every card in this list answers the same question: what does attacking me cost you? Sentinels tax the ground, shields tax the first hit, Repair taxes the second. You are not assembling a combo — you are running a toll road.

The commonest mistake is deploying Luke early because six resources feel like a milestone. Deploy him into a board where his ability protects something, not into an empty lane where he is just a body with a famous name.
