The Rich and the Good
A very interesting Broker variant that also stands firmly as a limited-information stock-manipulation game in its own right. Its QE-like elimination at the end gives it a finale that raises the tension.

The Rich and the Good is, to me, a very interesting variant of Broker. Its creator may strut around a little with the shiny wheel he has “invented,” but let’s not get stuck on that: the result has value of its own.
At its core, it is a stock-manipulation game with limited information. You do not have a complete picture of everything, so every move around the stocks carries the uncertainty a game like this ought to carry.
The interaction comes precisely from that manipulation and from what each player knows—or does not know. And when the end arrives, the QE-like player elimination changes the weight of your choices and elevates the finale.
It is very pleasant to play, and I consider it essential for any group that enjoys this kind of game. Even if you have to make it as a print-and-play, it is worth getting it onto your table.
