Fromage
Fromage and Formaggio are two editions of an ambitious game, with a modular cheese platter that makes their table presence truly distinctive. The ability to mix them together promises almost endless variety.

Fromage and Formaggio are the kind of games that win me over from the moment they are spread across the table. The modular cheese platter, which rotates around, gives the production a distinctive, almost theatrical presence, while the two editions can be mixed and matched to keep games fresh again and again.
At its core, the game relies on an unusual simultaneous-play system. Everyone plays at once rather than patiently waiting for their turn, so the flow stays constantly lively, with no downtime or familiar bouts of analysis paralysis.
That does not mean you play on autopilot. There is strategy and thought in your choices, but also interaction, as the shared platter and its circular movement keep everyone connected to what is happening at the table. The result is a game that asks for attention without getting stuck in endless waiting.
For me, Fromage has it all: attractive presentation, ambitious design, strategy, interaction, and a pace that leaves nobody out of the game. I recommend it without hesitation.
