Yinzi
Yinzi feels like a proper return to form after a few unconvincing efforts from the same company. It is not perfect, but it is a satisfying, demanding Heavy Euro with enough bite to justify the evening.

After games such as Sands of Time and Solarius failed to leave much of a mark, Yinzi feels like a far steadier piece of work. This is a Heavy Euro that will not rescue a Tuesday after work with a couple of breezy turns and a glass of wine; it asks for attention, time, and the particular pleasant fatigue that makes everyone stare at the table when the evening is over.
Yinzi sits firmly on the demanding side of the Euro fence. Its appeal is in sustained decision-making rather than a light, quick rhythm, and it rewards the effort of settling in and giving it the mental space it wants.

The available impressions do not set out its exact turn structure, actions, or form of player interaction, so I will not make them up. What is clear is the shape of the experience: this is a properly brain-burning Heavy Euro, not a short diversion but the main event of the night.
It is not perfect. It is enjoyable, honest, and demanding enough to feel like the return this company needed. Quietly excellent in the way that does not need to shout before it gets you back to the table.
