Star Wars: Rebellion
With hida and kets playing the Empire and me as the poor Rebel, Star Wars: Rebellion delivered another epic, razor-close game. Its only serious drawback is the time it demands.

With hida and kets in the role of the Empire and me trying to survive as the poor Rebel, the evening got properly underway. And once again, Star Wars: Rebellion put exactly the kind of big Star Wars confrontation on the table that I expect from it.
The game is built around the clash between Empire and Rebellion, with the two sides hunting one another and trying to impose their own plan. In our match, the roles were clear: against two Imperial players, I had to keep the Rebellion standing until the end.
The pace was not based on nonstop clashes; we did not have many battles. Even so, the tension never dropped, because the outcome was decided by the smallest of margins. Every development mattered, and the pressure between us remained constant right to the end.
That is Rebellion’s class: even in a quick game, it manages to feel epic and remains very high on my list of two-player games. Its only real flaw is its length. We played quickly, without many battles, and still it took a full three hours before we knew it.
