- The Bell of Treason: 1938 Munich Crisis in Czechoslovakia
So far, GMT’s lunch time games have not particularly grabbed me. Both Fort Sumpter and Red Flag Over Paris were, generously speaking, mediocre and boring. Czechoslovakia is a notch above, it somewhat resembles the considerably better Crisis:1914, which has similar mechanisms, but still one cannot say that we have something truly worthwhile. It plays pleasantly, it has thematic cards that might prompt you to look a little into the history of the affair and what exactly happened at that time, but generally speaking, nothing will happen if it never sees a table. There are much, much better games out there, and in general I think the whole series is very mediocre. Stay away.
